MINDCo Consulting Group is a consulting and delivery services organisation which provides services to built assets industry by helping built asset organisations to effectively deliver Design & Build and Operations & Maintenance services.

PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT



We provide Project & Program Management Services to built asset projects. With a team of qualified and experienced professionals, we offer Project and Program Management services for projects of diverse nature. We have provided Project and Program Management services to Design & Build Projects, Operations & Maintenance Readiness and Transition Projects, Operations & Maintenance BAU Projects for different built assets projects supporting them on different technical and non-technical scope of work packages.



WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT



We provide workforce planning, development and deployment services to built asset projects transitioning from D&B to O&M. We have provided such services during operational readiness stage, launch stage and BAU to ensure that O&M services are delivered effectively during the entire project O&M lifecycle. We internally develop and use our SOPs, competency assessments and also work with client / different assessment organisations to ensure that a qualified workforce is available to project as per the business requirements.



SPECIALIST OVERSEAS WORKFORCE



With a number of built asset projects increasing day by day to cater to the ever-increasing demand of population growth, the resources within the country may not be enough or may not have contemporary technical competencies to build, operate or maintain such projects. With experience of working with built asset projects of diverse nature and diverse geographies, we have ability to source the workforce suitable for projects of diverse nature and with necessary competencies or workforce that can be re-skilled to address the skills shortage.

HEALTHCARE





CLEVELAND CLINIC



A tertiary healthcare facility in the Middle East, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a 364-bed hospital located in Abu Dhabi. It follows US based Cleveland Clinic model of care. MCG is proud to be associated with this project. MCG supported the workforce operational readiness of the Hard FM package of this project at the time of its launch, BAU and during further expansion phase.



RAILWAYS





DUBAI METRO



Dubai Metro is the pioneer light rail transit project in the Middle East and is lifeline of public transport commuters in the city of Dubai. MCG supported this project during the launch of Green Line in 2010 and then supported both Red Line and Green Line thereafter for next decade of operations. MCG supported with the deployment of necessary and safety critical workforce to enable smooth operations. MCG also supported other light rail transit projects during this decade like Dubai Monorail, Dubai Trolley etc. This included resources with light rail operations skills, specialist railway systems skills, civil and MEP maintenance skills, customer service skills etc.



EDUCATION





NEW YORK UNIVERSITY



New York University Abu Dhabi with campus size of 38 acres is one of the biggest campuses of New York University, the largest private university in the USA. MCG supported this project with the launch and BAU of Hard and Soft FM operations of this purpose-built new university campus facility in Abu Dhabi. MCG supported the operations launch and BAU by providing the necessary resources for facility management, hospitality services and campus operations supporting seamless facilities operations of this beautiful campus.



AVIATION





DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT



Dubai International Airport is one of the busiest international airports in the world. MCG supported the Hard FM package of this project when Hard FM operations were transitioned from one FM operator to the other. MCG's team worked with the client to ensure that resources with necessary technical skills required for Hard FM operations including aviation specific skills were delivered on this project during the transition and for the BAU operations for the duration of the contract.



DEFENCE SUPPORT SERVICES





Australian Defence Forces MELABS



MCG has been proudly associated with Australian Defence Forces Middle East Logistics and Base Services project. MCG supported ADF MELABs for base operations, hospitality and support services contract readiness by supporting the deployment of suitable resources. MCG also supported the deployment of security cleared suitable Fire and Rescue Services and Air Traffic Control staff on this project.



RAILWAYS





RIYADH METRO



Riyadh Metro is one of the largest light rail transit projects in the world. MCG supported the operational readiness of Lines 3, 4,5 and 6 of this project totaling approximately 110 kms. MCG supported this project with different scope of works including the training, development and deployment of necessary resources to gear up for the operational launch of this project. This included resources with light rail operations skills, civil and MEP maintenance skills, customer service skills etc.



HEALTHCARE





HEALTHPOINT



Health Point is a tertiary healthcare facility based in the UAE. MCG supported this project during its launch stage. MCG supported through deployment of soft FM resources on this project to ensure that hygiene standards of the facility comply in line with prescribed guidelines and as per the agreed SLAs.



EDUCATION





SORBONNE UNIVERSITY



Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi is a 93000 sqm campus established in Abu Dhabi through an agreement between Paris Sorbonne University and the Government of Abu Dhabi. MCG supported the launch of the Hard FM and Soft FM, at the time of operations launch of this campus, through deployment of suitable resources to ensure smooth launch and BAU operations of this project.



COMMERCIAL BUILDING





ADIA HQ



Abu Dhabi Investment Authority is one of the largest sovreign funds in the world. MCG supported the Hard FM package of ADIA HQ when Hard FM operations were transitioned from one FM operator to the other. MCG's team worked with the client to ensure that resources with necessary technical skills required for Hard FM operations were delivered on this project during the transition and for the BAU operations for the duration of the contract.



Infrastructure





Q-NET WATER STORAGE



Code named as Q-NET Water Storage Project, Q-NET is a key water storage and distribution network project in a key urban development project undertaken by a major urban development developer. MCG supported this project by deployment of key project management resources and by providing hydraulic drawings/other technical works outsourcing services.



RESIDENTIAL





A LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT



This luxury residential project is spread over almost 9000 sqft. MCG is proudly associated with this project. MCG manage the entire project for Design & Build Delivery. MCG handled the Technical and Engineering Design services, Procurement Services, Site Supervision services etc., to ensure project delivery within the agreed SLAs.



RETAIL





COMMERCIAL COMPLEX



This commercial complex project is spread over almost 4000 sqft with 12 independent units comprising of Retail and Office space mix. MCG managed the project for Design & Build and Operations & Maintenance Delivery. MCG handled the Technical and Engineering Design services, Procurement Services, Site Supervision services etc, to ensure project delivery within the agreed SLAs. Thereafter MCG has been responsible for Hard and Soft FM operations of this commmercial complex
